Leaky Valve Seals 300TE
I have an '88 300te. Runs fine for a while, but then a couple of the plugs get fouled.
The car is high mileage (180K)... I know I should just get the top half rebuilt, but I am currently too low on funds.
How much would I be looking at to re-do the valve seals?
Easy, guys I'm a newbie!
Thanks in advance... I live in the Seattle area.

try replacing the valve guide seals before you rebiuld, i have seen replacing the valve guide seals fix excessive oli usage 100% of the time i have done the repair, if you decide to take this route be sure to use original mercedes guide seals or you will be sorry. hope this helps/
