420sel hunting idle when slowing down
I just replaced injectors on the car and went for a test run. It instantly feels more powerful but when it's slowing down to about 10mph and the rev is about 1000rpm the rev suddenly drops quicker to 500 and then went up and then down.
The rev bounced eratically a few times as I came to a stop. Then it idles stably at about 600-700rpm.
I drove it again today. The problem was gone during the day but at night it came back again, although the rev bounced in a smaller magnitude than previously.
So, what is wrong with the car? I did unplug and loosern a few things when replacing the injectors, and also sprayed the idle control valve some carb cleaner. The car also has some transmission issue: Big hesitation during 2-1 change, hard 3-4-3 change. But that's about it.
Any input is welcome.
