![Question](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
When I picked it up it had a fuel leak (metal fatigue at tank connection) and it stalled after making a "right hand turn"(?). Seemed to run fine as long as I did not make any aggressive moves on the accelerator (then she hesitated as if trying to die--at 40 mph. "re-start". Slow speed and a turn to the
right and I had to re-start.
What I have changed so far: 1) fuel pump relay, 2) one of the two fuel pumps (the noisy one--should it have been the other?), 3) the overvoltage P. relay.
What I have fixed so far: drained the tank, removed the supply line, soldered the cracked pipe, replaced the hose and installed a new filter.
Observations: pulled #1 plug--500 miles on it-- running lean if anything--very light brown, the gap was excessive .035. Cap corroded, I scraped it and replaced the rotor (re used old cap---mistake?). Have not looked at any other plugs, wires look good.
I'm perplexed? It seems to die more often now than when I picked her up.
Any thoughts or ideas woulg be appreciated, Gary.
