I know this isnt a Benz dealership, but still something to think about-
Didnt think it would be this blatant, but its surprising!
Last October I got a estimate at a VW dealership on repairs for a fan in a VW, The total cost to fix the fan was $335 that October. The fan is nessisary to run the AC, but since it was Wintertime and we didnt need the AC I said it could wait.
So now its Summer and its hot so we need to fix it, I went back to the same dealership, and said we'd like to fix it and I told them the estimate I got from them was $335, he said that "wasnt right" and the new estimate is $498.
So I get it now- Summer rates on AC fan? I wonder if I wait until next October the repair will go back down to $335.00 ?
Didnt know it would be that shameless, but it's something to think about when something has to do with the AC. And maybe the heat system in the Winter?
