'89 420SEL
Power Steering Pump Disassembly?
The power steering pump on my '89 420 SEL has a severe leak from the rear cover. It's a ZF pump. Getting the spring clip off was simple enough, but I can't figure out how to get the rear cover off. What's the trick to getting the cover off so I can replace the O-rings?

Just tap lightly on the back circular cover with a hammer. Its tight because of the seal ring. And hope im correct.
