Changing out interior...does it makes sense to trash the old one?

I have a 1982 300SD with a neglected, black interior. The original seats are in rather poor condition and the door panels are better but whoever took them off last broke a bunch of the mounting tabs.

I was LUCKY enough to find a nice blue interior at a junk yard and stripped it almost bare.

My question is....should I keep these seats and try to sell them or do I just take out the tracks and motors and trash the seats? What about the door panels? Here are some pictures....any feedback on this topic is appreciated.

Save the tracks, switches, motors etc and trash the rest. Save the storage space for something worthwhile.
