Cost / difficulty of installing new locks & ignition for new keys

My 1991 SEL only has one key (non-electronic) and I have been thinking about just rekeying the locks and getting a brand new set of keys: regular, valet, flat key etc. How difficult is this to do, or how much would I expect to spend to have the mechanic or dealer do all the work?

I'm assuming that you need to change the locks because of missing keys; it would be cheaper at an Indi mechanic. But if you just want replacement keys they are cheaper than changing the locks. To get replacement keys take your registration to your local dealer and they will order you a set.
