sel 560, 08 altima, 08 expedition max, 67 f100, 76 maverick, 78 lincoln mark V, 88 rx7 convertible,
560 sel Newb needs help on running issue
The car runs mint for hours then it dies. while it is dying the speedo jumps to 40 kmph or 60 and bounces. the check engine light comes on as well as the ABS and Air Bag light. I am thinking speed sensor. when you go to restart it doesnt triger the starter if you leave it alone for a few hours it starts fine once again.
Other issues that I dont think are related are on the drivers rear door there is no power.
there is a clunk in the passengers side goes away and comes back at low speed. The front end comes up too high I think. It looks like a car with no engine in it after a long drive.
the drivers window doesnt seem to have power but the power seat works fine.
The counrty horn switch only works in hwy. power rear seats heater light comes on and blinks no heat. front seats are the same.
This is my first old Benz
