m119 vs m120 in a 560SEC

Which one is a more reliable and tunable engine? I'm looking to put one of them into a 560. I know it will be a lot of work but if I go through with it I will make sure to post every step of the way with pictures here incase anybody else wants to do the same.

DEEP Pockets; V-12 Computers will have to be fitted, wiring for them (W140 Chassis) doesn't like retrofit & your 560 will need the M120/W140 SENSORS (calibration!) to send accurate info ... still ... it CAN be done ... DEEP Pockets ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_M120_engine
