If you want oem try dealer. If you want to do it yourself try ebay. Or just go to midas or one of the other muffler dealers.

Depends on what you're looking to replace. Just the muffler? Whole cat back? Cats? Resonator? just a broken/breached pipe? tips only?

+1 on MJ50 - Start at a local muffler shop.
I am no expert, but I believe that you have one of the early "grey market" cars. That may create a problem finding the correct parts in the US, but I would also think that most of the exhaust system should be fairly similar to one of the US models, e.g. 500SEC or 560SE.
