Should I get it: 86 300SDL for $4,200 with 224k

New to MB's. But very interested in the 300sdl's. Found one in my area that seems to have a great ownership and maintenance history:

1. 2 owners
2. current owner uses it as daily driver for sales job: approx 35k/year over past 4 yrs
3. has maintenance records
4. original owner was a foundation
5. parts replaced: exhaust system, all rotors, front calipers, all new tires, a/c system, fuel lines, bunch of other s**t I can't remember
6. only problem with it is sunroof wind deflector not working right, so it needs to be held down for power sunroof to close properly
7. no rust, great to excellent paint condition
8. front bumper paint is starting to fade and crack on front left (minor)
9. starts up in 4-5 seconds
10. leak on right rear window area, so water seeps into trunk area (not sure source of leak)

He's asking $4,200 for it. Should I take it?
