W126 suspension, transmission fix ... or SELL?
My '86 300SDL W126 is in really GOOD condition. A few rust, hairline/ cracks on dashboard, and wear & tear on front passenger seat.
The shift jerks on lower gear/ RPM. I replaced all four wheels, heat blower fan, tie rods last week. The mechanic said the suspension is going to give sooner or later. I'm having the ball joints replaced next week.
After that, it can stay OK for a while, but know that suspension and transmission will be next.
Where can I find a reconditioned suspension, and transmission for this car? ... OR should I sell it to the highest bidder? How much is the asking price for this car?
Thank you!

Keep it and fix it. You will never have as great car as this again.
If you want to sell it, try Bring a Trailer and put a reserve of over $8,000.
Nice car. My wife's daily driver...
