Battery Light on Only When AC on

Battery Light on Only When AC on
Hi everyone
Sooo no heat at higher RPMs.. common wisdom would say since this is a monovalve issue I pulled it out.. had a look at it.. ok.. looks ok but I will try to replace anyway since the spring inside is what fails?
ANYWAY
Put it back.. put everything back together..
Now my battery not charging warning light comes VERY SOFTLY on, but only when the heat/AC is turned on?
what the hell did I do?
I mustve knocked something or messed something up when I was messing around in that area near the battery/between the two firewalls?
Ive checked and rechecked all the connections and wires and everything seems fine.. any ideas?
Note It doesnt seem like the battery is getting especially low.. driven about 100km like this and no weak windows/weak start/dim lights/weak battery symptoms etc.
