Please help with valuation of '85 380SE...
Silver/maroon leather, 79K miles, garaged in Northern VA, old-style alloys w/ new tires, in-dash CD in place of Becker.
A friend (second owner, bought from his aunt) must sell this car or turn it over to his 16 yr old son, who is sure to destroy it!!
I've checked the classifieds here and benzw*rld and mbw*rld, but there are none to compare (like my '86 BMW 535i - too great a car to sell!).
Any ideas or other sites to check?

Hard to say, do you have pictures? They arn't worth a whole lot between $1500-$5000 if its really nice, has it had the timing chain converted? Unless it has sentimental value that would make a good safe car for a 16 year old imo.
