Uhh, oooo, ummm, where to start here... Your car has fuel injection, no carburetor can be found, even with a trained mechanic's eye...

I get the sarcasm, but I don't understand how you could call the people on this board "helpful" if they told you to check your carburetor... You could have a valve problem. Does the car do it on startup, high rpms, in between shifts, all the time? How many miles on the car?

Well it be helpful enough if you could at least tell people whether their misguided or not with consideration of your age.

Anyways, the car smokes pretty much all the time, more so when rev'ed. Its got about 185,00 mileage on it.

How old do you think I am? Jeez, I hope I'm not one of the elders here @ 28! If it smokes all the time and it has 185K on it, it sounds like it needs a valve job. Do you know any maint history? Is it going through oil pretty fast?

The car has had its transmission replaced and it holds its oil very well. Though it does need to be topped off every so often.
