Hmm this is a really stupid thread.
1) people are entitiled to their own opinions so I give you that. I personally dont like replica. Most (not all) of the time they are inferior products with poor fitment. If you can get a hold of a great body shop they can do miracles but at what price I do not know. I never recommend anyone trying to paint and install a kit on their own car unless you work or own a body shop. I have seen some ghetto things and I would hate to see it on a MB.
2) do NOT think that since you drive a old S class that it is anything to boast about. I wouldnt be surprised if you couldnt even trade the S class in to the dealer to get a new C class. Have you bought a new car recently? They are not that cheap. Even my C240 out the door cost me $39,000 after tax, license, extended warranty and this is my cheapest MB I own which was the bottom of the barrel MB in 2001.
3) lets stop with the personal attacks. Also cant you see from Doc's pics he drives a E class and not a C. He actually has a E55. Whats wrong with a C class anyways? There are plenty of people who drive c classes who can afford better like me, I could have easliy bought a E class instead of my porsche or C43 (which I bought new). I can easily go out and buy a S or SL or CL but you know I have better things to do with my money like invest it in land and properties. I just picked up 8 houses to develop which I could easily buy a mclaren F1 if I wanted to but that would be really dumb.

thank u for your comments. of course it doesnt matter wheither it is a c class or s class but the godfather/punk needs to know how to talk to people and argue without insaults......

brabus class why are u so protective over godfather i never insulted anyone just thought godfather wanted everyone to see his mother.....maybe u are his brother and therefore that most be your your mama too....

ok, my question...
Why in the hell do these car forums generate so much animosity? We are just here to talk about our cars (in this case W140 benzes, and maybe at one point Wald Kits)
Who cares who has what and who can afford what, it really makes no difference whatsoever. I bought my '93 300SE 2 years ago with 186K miles because I love the cars! And isnt that why we're all here, because we love the cars?
