S420/500/600 longer than S320?
I'm doing some research to replace my W124 with something larger interior wise & noticed on Autotrader's section with technical data that the S320's are a bit shorter the first year of production (1994) & in 1995 there's a SWB & LWB versions. I'm assuming those stand for short & long wheel base. Looking for conformation please. Thanks

yes, they were the 300se instead of SEL (the L means long wheelbase) but they stopped using that nomenclature in 93 and swapped over to the regular S320, S420, S500 nomenclature. The SWB is 44KG lighter and slightly more nimble but rear seat leg room is not nearly as much as a Long wheel base, Short wheel base feels like a regular sedan, long wheel base feels like a limo almost.
