If you mean the one in the backrest, you will have to replace the
fuel tank, unless you have ski-sack as an option. If ski-sack, then
it should be easy (ski in winter, refrigiator in summer:-) ).
There was also an option of larger box in the trunk, that could
freeze things (transporting medicals, transplants...).
I have also seen non-original units to be placed in the armrest.

Not sure about the paneling in the trunk (for the backside of the cool box
to have its fan).
The parts are seldom sold on ebay, etc, and just the cool box A1408300760
will cost ~1100 Euro.
