that makes no sense. do you mean negative camber? offset is offset, and its almost always positive, rarely is it ever negative. i think you are confusing offset and camber.

stock suspension has capability for adjustment up to almost a degree i believe but why do u need it, how low is your suspension? I have intrax springs and my camber seems just fine and thats almost 1.25" drop.

thats your problem. you are running a 35mm offset wheel with 255's up front. 245/40 is what is recommended up front, and also off set on AMG wheels is roughly 44mm offset so you are running a drastically lower offset with a WIDER tire so thats a double no no . 245's should fix alot of your problems in front if you are rubbing, also running a 35 profile on 19's is probably better, i'm running 245/40s on 18's not 19's on my fronts. i love them, feel great and responsive.

the front tire doesnt rub i was thinking of putting 10mm spacers up front so as to catch up to the 45mm offset.....

you are confused. 35mm already pushes the wheels OUT 10mm more than 45mm. so if you put 10mm spacers up front you would really be 25mm offset. the lower the offset the more the wheel wants to push OUTWARD towards the fender, the higher the offset the more it gets sucked into the wheel well. if the tires are not rubbing i do not see the problem then. what are you trying to accomplish exactly? if they dont rub and all seems well then i say just leave as is. some pics would help.

the front wheels have a negative offset which probably contributes to the rough ride ....

naw has nothing to do with rough ride really, thats just 19's. i have camber in front too, its actually much better for turning and handling characteristics, as long as its not too crazy its totally fine and actually a good thing. 19's on low profiles are always rough period... nothing u can really do to get around that.

when u start putting rims on the benz that werent' really designed with proper offset and etc u can run into problems. But any OEM wheel or authentic AMG wheel will never give u any problems (i have amgs).

RIMS are RIMS man AMG or Armerican Racing if both have the same exact offset there gonna fit the same...YES AMG were "MADE" for Mercedes, but that doesnt mean ONLY AMG's can be used....thats what fabicration was intended for, some dont like the AMG or cant afford them, your buying name though..It doesnt cost anymore to make $175 Air Jordan's then it does making the $12 WAL-MART Brand shoe..Brand name make the dollar higher........However i did just buy those $175 AJ's so who am i to talk...lol

no but certain manufacturers do NOT use the proper offsets and as a result u run into fitment problems.

hell i'm running 245/40/18 Kuhmo MX's all around and its totally fine. Kuhmo MX's do run wide so 245/40-18 Kuhmo MX is more like a 255/40/18. The 40 profile will change speedo a tad but its only liek 2-3mph at 80mph so its nothing drastic, people make a bigger deal about it than it should be. Also remember putting a stretched 255/40/19 will run like a 255/35/19 (stretched) so in reality u should be just fine. My 245/40/18's run like 35's b/c they are slightly stretched and as a result there is sligthly less sidewall height its not bad for the tire, most 245's can handle up to 9.5" rim safely (hell those euro guys run like 4 sizes too small for a crazy look). anyways hope that helps.
