Tire Button?
Yes, newbie here too... I check the forums daily... and leave educated. My question to all: I have a 1993 400 SEL, recently my inspection sticker expired and I had to get the car emission tested per county law. So when they put my car on the emission set up which they have put it through different test at certain speeds....I am sure everyone knows the procedure... They started the test, tried to get it up to speed, but the traction control kept kicking in, I pushed that Tire Button, red light on, but still the traction control was on. How do you turn it off or can you?
The guy was frustrated and just did a idle emission test. The car did pass, but I was curious about the button.
I know if I had a manual, it would tell me, but I do not.
Just curious about the button....also, what about the red and blue button in the middle airvents, what do they do....I press them, the red light is on, but I do not know what it is doing?

What does the tire button do then? The mechanics of it.... similar to traction control....Does the car start off in 3rd gear or something?
Hmmm, Grandparents live in Grandbury and Tolar...
I'm here in Fort Worth...I read a post about your window, how much did it set you back to fix your window. Hulen area is notorious for auto vandalism and theft.

a Few Nice cars.
when the light comes on RED then this feature is ON till you hit 35mph then goes off,of what i came remember it send equal amount of driving force to each wheel the same to keep from slipping in the snow,it does nothing when the light is off.
