Umm care to explain why you think this, I was there just this summer and it seems to be progressing compared to before...
Its not Victor Yushcenko that is selling this car, its just somone that managed to get their hands on it.

And my car was Armenian President`s car (Levon Ter-Petrosyan), while visiting the US, in 1995(6).

But I will sacrifice it for the fraction of that price...lol
