20" Chrome Rims on a 94 W140???

Sunday afteroon browsing e-bay I come across some really nice chrome rims
with the Mercedes emblem to top it off. Ok so when I see the emblem I think
to my self "Wow Mercedes rims these are flawless quality, nice and for 1500 dollars thats a steal!"

Well I opened up the link it turns out they are 20" rims. I mean would that size of wheel even fit on my 94 S320, probably so but wouldn't it do damage to the suspension over a period of time? I've heard of the current S-class stock rims in 19 inch but NEVER 20". So that raised a brow! Are these Genuine or knock offs?

Turns out they were not made by Mercedes they are of a brand called Element. Woah, they are so nice I would get them but what are the chances
of my car having problems with these. I look at the rims that have come out
for my car and NONE of them are greater than 16".

Conclusion:
How bad is it for us to put on 20" rims on our older Mercedes models? Sure it may not be that bad for the newer S-classes considering that Benz has actually designed them for 19" rims, but would it spell catastrophe for the rest of us?
