limp mode mystery
Hello all,
This is the issue,
My battery was not getting a full charge so I did a volt test and noticed that my voltage reg needed to be replace. Did that with the help of this forum...THX.
Now. The new issue is - My car will go into limp mode when i press the accelerator fairly hard and or fast and then when i release it it works as it should. The battery light will also flash 1-2 times fast when in limp mode.
The car idles perfect and does not stall.
The volts read. 14 when running.
Any ideas would help.
