need help with 95 s420

hey guys i need some help on how to remove the instrument cluster on a 95 s420. i search the forum but cant find anything.

There are a few ways, one would be to purchase the tools (they are actually hooks that slip behind the cluster and you pull forward). The cheap alternative is to make them out of coat hangers with a bend on the end. The third is a combination of (hooks) and reaching thru the AC opening and pushing. There have been some that cracked the cluster...

THAT WORKED FOR ME is get a hanger cut it, and make two small long ones about 5 inches each, bend a small hook at the end feed them into the top side and hook and pull out bro

I was sent this by NZ Benz when I needed to take out my cluster. It was easy to follow - Hope he doesn't mind my passing it along. It was easier than I thought.
