I had a pleasant suprise, the mercedes main dealer quoted me the same price on a B service on my s320 w140 as an independant garage i had a quote from. mercedes told me they will do over seven year old cars at a discount to try to get me back in to use them again. dont know if all dealers will do this but do tell them how can a service be justified nearing the value of the car. 428 pounds i was quoted for your information. good luck
