1997 S320 issue
So for a while ive had this issue w/ my 320.
after i start the engine, and go about my business, the car will not accelerate past ~23mph. after 5 min or so, if i hit pedal to the metal the car will knock out of the problem and drive like normal.
what do you think this could be? im being lead to think its the cats. anyone else ever have this problem?
at first i thought maybe it could be the transmission. but it doesnt smell. it shifts fine, and the transmisison was replaced 30k miles ago with a rebuilt one. I thought maybe it could be one of those things that would just pass, but its not and im growing tired of driving the 600 every day, and so is my pocket book.
any help would be appreciated!!!

I think it might be the transmission. My car does it sometimes.
When I get lucky, it shift around 4K rpm in the first 3 mins drive.
Hope you find the problem soon because my car AC just stop working.
Man... without AC in California .... its like Sauna all the time. Well, driving my E55 most of time now...... Oh forgot to mention, my car need Valve gazquez replaced.... if you know any good mechanic in Socal, pls advise !
