S320 Ignition Switch HELP!!
Hey all just replaced a bad ignition switch. Now the car is starting if I have the switch housing away from the part it clips over the steering col. pad where it locks the col. When I clip it back on the col. pad the key will not turn. What would keep this from working? Any tips on what I am doing wrong?
The cable that goes over to the shifter is screwed back on the side?
Also it will go in and out of gear just as it should. Just can't get the key to unlock the steering col I think its because I removed the lock in the 0 position not the 1 what can I do now???
