it could be the switches need to be cleaned , or it could be a relay ,or the motors are bad.. can you roll the back window down from the backwindow switch..

I have read where the rivets on the regulators pop off and cause trouble.

Its not the motors or the buttons. I already replaced the motor and it didnt work. Where would i find the relays. Also, its not the buttons because i found the wire that controls the window, and i applied direct power from the battery to the wire and it worked. I think it can be a short in the wire. What do you think.

Check out the fuses! Back in the day, I know that in the W126 chassis wiring schematic, the LF window and the RR window were protected by the same fuse. RF window and LR window were likewise on the same fuse.
