Throttle body
After replacing the throttle body, will I have to relearn or reprogram the idle?

no. Just switch ignition on wait 30 sec. switch off and then start

may i know the reason why you needed to change the ETA (electronic throttle actuator) and what is your WDB 140 series? ex: s320, S420, S500, S600 etc.....
