1995 S500 MAF Code 10 - PLEASE HELP!

I am having a problem on my S500 and am about to pull my hair out.

I get a DTC code 10 after starting my car 2 times. Code 10 indicates a faulty MAF.

I have replaced the MAF now twice - 3 different MAF's - and still get the code 10.

I have replaced the wiring harness.

I have replaced the rubber insert that fits between the MAF and the intake throttle body.

I have replaced the air flow sensor in the intake pipe, and the temperature sensor on the intake manifold.

I have rebuilt all 8 fuel injectors.

I have replaced all 8 spark plugs.

I have had a mechanic check for a vaccum leak on the motor.

Yet this stupid DTC code 10 - faulty MAF - just refuses to go away. It is highly unlikely at this point - being on the 3rd MAF - that it is in anyway faulty. It is more likely that something else is triggering this error.

It is the ONLY error the car has.

What else could cause this? Any ideas before I go nuts?

Thanks

You're getting one flash only on pin 4? Something sounds fishy. There should be a code on pin 4.
