'98 S500
1998 S500 Blower Pictorial
A/C-Heater blower stopped.
Pulled the cover, removed the air filter as per other threads.
Fan was stuck, not a bad resistor pack.
Stuck fan; freed the fan by hand and lubed the upper bearing.
Ignition ON; ran the fan at high speed and relubed, double checked fan function then put it all back together.
6 Phillips screws out and back.
Hope the pictures help others.
