Throttle body problem(found a fix!)
The guy has an Ebay store. RFC Electronics. Just got my TB back and looks like new and runs even better for $279.00 with a 2 year warranty. If you have the problem here is your answer.

are rpm going up and down 300 rpms one of the problems when cold?

Mine has started this. Up and down. When it's warm it's fine. Anyone rebuilding these?
