fueling problems...
my car had been sitting for about three or more years until i bought her last week. she had been started off and on from time to time just to keep things fresh under the hood. first full tank of gas, i added seafoam to help clean the fuel system up and also help burn any possible water that may have been inside the tank. got less than 200 miles on a full tank of gas. the car also had a mis to it so i replaced all of the spark plugs with some NGKs. second full tank of gas, this time around i used BG fuel system cleaner in the gas tank. i feel the car runs much better but gas mileage has not gotten any better. what could be wrong? why am i not getting good gas mileage? even the mpg meter up top on the speedometer stays planted to the right on 0 mpg on a very light foot. the only time the needle goes to the left past 30 mpg is when i'm at a dead stop. somebody please help.
