The button to fold down the rear seat headrests has never worked. I had them put back down when the car was reupholstered (Jim's Upholstery in San Diego, great job). A friend just popped the darn headrest up. Tell me there's an easy little button that allows me to set it back down. Where is that magic little button? I know it must exist.
