HiPerformance engine chips for earlier W140 8cyl motors

hey guys, i happen to run by this auction for real ECU chips for 92-95 W140 V8's it seems like a steal...

I bought similar thing for my E30 325 bmw and the chip really did work so if this is legit its a damn good deal. someone should look into this. just a suggestion.

Ummm, why was the cars redline at 7000 RPM and how come it can't go up to 260km/h?

I dont recall a clock like that on any 140, It must be coasting since I cant get my "relative MPG" to peg that high at highway speeds. No speed limiter?
