1995 S500 won't crank

1995 S500
1995 S500 won't crank
On my 1995 S500 if I use the key fob the green light flashes 7times and if I press again the red light flashes 7 times, this is not normal.
All lights are working fine all fuses have been checked, when I put the key in the ignition everything seems to be OK but it won't crank.
Your ideas are welcomed.

1995 S500
I've had it for 6 years and it ran superbly until this happened, it's been sitting in my garage for the last 3 years, now that I have time to work on it, I am planning to make it run. No major problems, just put in a new alternator.
