93' black 400 sel
Please help!

I have a 93' 400 sel and for some strange reason when I start my car it takes quite a few minutes after putting it in drive or reverse for the car to move it just sits there like it's in park! I brought it in for service last week and told my adviser and he had the mechanic check it out but told me he saw no problem with the transmission. although after the service job for the first 3 or 4 days the car ran great started it up and went right into gear but now it's doing the same thing. What can this be? is it normal? it never happened before I could see this happening in the winter when the car is cold but it's now in the 50's here.
thanks for your response!
