Hi all- I recently had the transmission rebuilt in my 1996 S320; after a few times getting in and out I realized the interior lights do not fade after you close the doors with the key off, as they used to do. Instead, the lights remain on for a few seconds after you close the doors, then abruptly turn off instead of fading out. Any ideas why they don't fade anymore? Any earth connections/ wiring near the transmission that could have been damaged?
