After replacing shock absorbers (dampers) and drop-arm for anti-roll bar I still have an annoying rattle from the left side front suspension on my 93 600SEL

It is most prevalent over light surface irregularities and most noticable at low speed.

Any suggestions for cause and remedy?

my front roadspring broke - and is aparantly 'common'

Did they tighten everything up, could they have left a tool somewhere, or a bolt. I found a "socket" once, that someone had lost or could not retrive.
