1997 S320 Power windows doesn't work properly

Lately I have had a problem that none of the windows raise properly. I can lower them ok but to raise them I have to keep on pressing on the up button. Any Suggestions of links for repairs?

All the factory install\repair docs are at Startek.com WIS-----do you have any diagnostic equipment to define the problem correctly!
