Hi guys,

Can someone tell me if this is some sort of a fuel line (above the rear driver wheel )? I'm trying to track down a fuel leak. Car runs very rough, no codes on OBD and I have fuel dripping directly in front rear driver side tire. I was able to remove the plastic panel and take this picture. Any help would be appreciated.
