1997 s320 rough idle only at start??

1997 Mercedes s320
1997 s320 rough idle only at start??
Hey everyone! I have been having a crazy weird issue with my '97 s320. For some reason whenever I start it has an extremely rough idle. But it's only when you first start it. once it's running it doesn't have an issue. As far as codes it throws I think it's been the 00170 and 00130? Or something like that. I can double check later. Anyway, i've replaced and cleaned the mass airflow sensor and the o2 sensors a couple times now and the only difference is that the car runs better when driving but the rough idle is still there. Thank you for your help. I look forward to figuring out this issue.
