New to MB
I’ve recently purchased a 1999 S430 which has been unused for the last 6 years. This has been converted to a 6 for Limousine.
I know...I should have seen the red flags!
Anyway, there are a few issues but one that is really bothering me is the fuel consumption. I know it’s never going to be an economical car but the “after start up” MPG is between 3-6mpg. The other reading is showing as 17mpg. Could it be that because the car hasn’t been used for such a long time that the engine isn’t running efficiently or is this a common problem.
Thanks in advance.

3-6mpg is not proper function.
Have you measured the actual fuel consumption by hand? Did you fill the gas tank completely full, then drive some miles, and see how much gas is needed to refill the tank completely?
Have you had the codes read? You need to collect some more information.
I’ve only filled it half full after buying it but can see that it’s already used over 1/4 of a tank and only done 25 miles. I’ve bought the car for business. It’s going to be a funeral Limousine.
I had a guy look over the car and he did send me a diagnostic report, but to be honest I really didn’t know what I was reading. He didn’t mention a fuel consumption issue in the layman’s report he sent to me. That said, he also didn’t tell me about the leak I must have in the front suspension either.
Do you know which code I should be looking for?
Thanks
Below are all the CODES that have come up.

Can you post photos of this vehicle? What wheels and tires are currently installed? What other modifications have been done, besides the 6 seat limousine conversion?
None of the codes you listed are related to engine or fuel. This seems strange. Several of the codes are consistent with low battery voltage, either now or in the past.
Have you given the vehicle a thorough visual inspection, from above, and from below? Are you capable of DIY mechanic work? It could be there is a mechanical problem in the fuel delivery (tank, pump, injectors) or exhaust system that is not generating a fault code. Have you had the vehicle tested for emissions? What does the exhaust smell like? If it smells like raw gasoline, there is a problem. If it smells "normal", look elsewhere. What does the engine sound like when idling? Smooth? Or lumbering and unstable? Do you hear any hissing or clicking or tapping? You need to do a lot of diagnostic work.
Some of your codes did were not listed in the resource below.
