W140 upholstery templates

Hi

I am reupholstering my W140. I am currently working on the armrest to do some training before beginning the seats (it is my first time reupholstering a car).
This **** is making me pull my hair out. I can NOT make those godforsaken templates. I have unsewn the covers, but the leather is warped like hell (how is this even goddamn possible?)
I tried ironing it to make it flat, but to no avail. I tried making a pattern with fabric that was laying around but I can't get it to not wrinkle like geezer wiener. It is horrendous. I tried everything, the warping always comes back to you like the girl you did the wrong things with drunk in college.

If anyone has the factory pattern files, I can pay for it if you want. Even if the patterns aren't the original one, if it's close it's good. I'm just trying to get this out of the way, because it is the only part that has a leather piece that's not relatively flat, so I think I won't have this problem doing the seats.
