1997 Mercedes-Benz S420 W140, 1996 Mercedes-Benz S500 W140
W140 trunk lid badge size (letters, numbers)
Hello,

I was wondering, what size is the boot label/badge (S420, S500, etc.) on the facelift 1996 and 1997 W140? Letters and numbers width and height, only for original factory emblems.
Otherwise, I'm looking to replace an S500 rear trunk badge - the question is, is an S500 off a CLS500 authentic? So they are the same size? Thank you for answers.

1998 S320 LWB
Here is picture of my original. Mine is S320 though. It measures 14.8 cm long and 3 cm high. Hope this helps.
