History of “The Beast”

She was originally purchased by my Uncle for taking clients out and provided his company with that ambiance that was the pinochle of her day. They soon retired her to be one of their personal vehicles and my Aunt soon found out that it was too big and cumbersome for her. Hence she was then given to be used by her Mother who lives in the Santa Cruz Mountains her in California. Again, she also loved her but found her too cumbersome for her needs. So she was again delegated to my Cousin in Valencia Beach S. Cal….and u guessed it “was too big”….so my Uncle brought her back up to the Bay Area and kept her at his company for another hiatus of intermittent use until many years later and very low miles (23K) she was going to be donated to a charity, when he got wind that my Son and I owned 4 mid year MB and we’re nuts about our passion. He then said that he was going to give her to us, because he knew that she would be taken care of by my Son and myself. He also said that it would be nice to keep her in the family!
More stories to come about her and her condition and our future plans for her…
