W140 S320 M104 coolant Leak

Hello Guys

I have W140 S320 104Engine. 1997 birthday.

I found coolant leak like below photo(its my car photo)

My friend said that its leaking from head gasket since above this, there is no coolant line & hose.

any other Idea? do I need to check another points? except head gasket?

The M104 requires head gasket replaced every so often. The dealer did mine for a couple thousand if I recall correctly (timing chain cover was updated as well). Another weak point is the heated windshield washer fluid reservoir. A "fuel line" size rubber hose carries coolant to the windshield washer tank on the front passenger side where the rubber I believe changes to aluminum "fuel line" size tubing in the reservoir, and comes back out to the engine via rubber hose. When mine leaked I just bypassed the reservoir. Good luck.
