Question Ipod

Hi guys, I have a 94 S500 and I'm thinking about adding an Ipod to my current strereo, has this been done to the MB factory radio? I have a CD changer now with the 10 pin connector (not optical) I don't care about loosing the CD-Changer in lieu of the IPOD, any suggestion?

Thanks, Neil

Thumbs up iTrip

They make a product for the iPod called iTrip that uses the FM frequency on your car radio. What you do is plug in the iTrip adapter into the ear plug adapter on the iPod and then you find a static frequency on your radio. Lock in that static station to a preset on your radio and the turn on the iPod and there you go. It costs about $30 for iTrip and you don't have to mess around with your CD player. Here is the website. I hope that helps.

I was thinking about the Itrip, but you loose on sound quality, and if you live in the New York Metro area, forget it, signal interference is a killer, but here's what I've found, check the link out.

This will work better.

Thanks for the update.
