1993 600 SEL V12 4DR
Great shifting problem

Hi All,

I have a 1993 600SEL the gear do not up shift from 2nd, what can be the reasons and what should I check for this, no transmission leak.
No lights in the dash.

My suggestion is to call Marc at Sun Valley Mercedes Transmissions

I have a '93 600 SEC. My suggestion is to call Marc at Sun Valley Mercedes Transmissions. He'll be able to tell you the problem. My transmission failed and I bought a rebuilt one from him. He was very helpful and glad to answer questions..

Thanks for the update my concern is whether I need to repair the gearbox and the problem will be solved or need to replace the gearbox, I am located in Dubai, UAE.
