Not to be too picky
but the switch merely disables the rear seat window switches, to prevent the wee ones from playing with them. As someone noted previously on this board, you can tell which setting does what by moving the switch at night and observing the rear window switches (parking/head lights on). The rear switches will illuminate when enabled. With the switch showing the little man (child) the rear switches are disabled, with the dot they are enabled.
